Welcome to the learn to skate registration

Learn to Skate is a set of classes that meet once a week, for 6 weeks. Cost per skater is $149. 

Each class includes:

  • 30 minutes of instruction, plus 30 minutes of practice
  • Skate rental during Learn to Skate group classes
  • Unlimited access to Public Skate sessions while enrolled in LTS- includes free skate rental!!

Learn to Skate will be offered as a Sunday class or a Monday class. Make up classes must be scheduled with Skating Director, Barb Laughner: barbsk8pro@gmail.com

 

Parents of Snowplow Sam 1/2/3/4 and Basic 1 skaters are permitted on the ice during designated practice time only and MUST have a valid Learn to Skate USA number.

If you are a new skater between the ages of 3 - 5, please register for Snowplow Sam 1. If you are a new skater between the ages of 6 - 18, please register for Basic 1. 

Sunday Session Overview

Session: 2:15 - 3:45p
Dates: March 5, 12, 19, NO CLASS 3/26, NO CLASS 4/2, April 9, 16, and 23
Class Times: 

  • Sunday 2:15 - 2:45p: ALL Adult Classes and ALL Pre-Freeskate and Free Skate Classes. Individual practice will be offered 2:45 - 3:15p.
     
  • Sunday 2:45 - 3:15p: Snowplow Sam 1, Basic 1, Basic 3, and Basic 5, Pre-Freeskate. Individual practice will be offered from 3:15 - 3:45p.
     
  • Sunday 3:15 - 3:45p: Snowplow Sam 2, 3, 4, Basic 2, Basic 4, Basic 6. Individual practice will be held from 2:45 - 3:15p.

If you are a new skater between the ages of 3 - 5, please register for Snowplow Sam 1. If you are a new skater between the ages of 6 - 18, please register for Basic 1. 

Monday Session Overview

Session: 5:15 - 6:15pm 
Dates: March 6, 13, 20, NO CLASS 3/27, NO CLASS 4/3, April 10, 17, and 24
Class Times:

  • Monday 5:15- 5:45p: Snowplow Sam 1, Basic 1, Basic 3, and Basic 5, Pre-Freeskate, Freeskate 1 & 2, Adult 1 - 3. Individual practice will be offered from 5:45 - 6:15p.
     
  • Monday 5:45 - 6:15p: Snowplow Sam 2, 3, 4, Basic 2, Basic 4, Basic 6, Freeskate 3 - 6, Adult 4 - 6. Individual practice will be held from 5:15 - 5:45p.
